Shari Scapple, English, has been elected to the Article Award Committee of the Children’s Literature Association. She will serve a three-year term on the committee, which reviews all published articles dealing with children’s literature in a year’s time and selects one as the best. MFA reading at the Spirit Room Sept. 22

The MFA Department will have a series of readings this year showcasing MFA students and visiting readers. It is free and open to the public.
