Schwartz heads library board
Larry Schwartz, Library, will be serving as president of the West Fargo Public Library board for the next year. He has been a board member since 2008.
DragonFest is Sept. 16
The 10th annual celebration of DragonFest will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 16 from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Join the campus community on the mall for a fun-filled day of inflatable games, caricatures, student organizations booths and more. The event is free!
TCU Film Library to Close December 2009
The Tri-College Film Library, which has served MSUM, NDSU, and Concordia for over 30 years, will be closed at the end of Fall semester, 2009. This was a budgetary decision from the Tri-College Commissioners and approved by the TCU Board in late Spring, 2009. Click link to read more.
Best-selling poet featured in MSUM’s McGrath Visiting Writers Series Sept. 17
Best-selling poet Todd Bass will talk on the writer’s craft at 4 p.m. and read from his work at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17 in MSUM’s Comstock Memorial Union room 101 as a feature of MSUM’s Tom McGrath Visiting Writers Series. It’s free and open to the public. Click link to read more.
Homecoming royalty nominations being taken
