Elmer Jacob Fiechtner passed away October 30, 2009, at his home in Moorhead, at 80 years of age. Elmer worked for MSUM as a General Maintenance Worker for 25 years, until his retirement in 1994. Funeral services were held Wednesday, November 4 at 11 a.m., in Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Moorhead. Korsmo Funeral Home, Moorhead, handled the arrangements.

The application deadline for the Australian Higher Education Seminar is Nov. 16 2009. Australian Education International North America (AEI NA) – the overseas arm of the Australian Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations – is running a Higher Education Seminar from March 1-13 2010.
