Lorna Dathe, mother of Carol Halverson, MSUM Accounting Technician-SLHS, passed away Monday, May 24, 2010, at the Merit Care Hospital Palliative Care Unit, Fargo, N.D. The memorial service will be held Friday, May 28, at 12:00 p.m. at the Mavis Whiting Chapel of the Bethany Retirement Living, Fargo, N.D.
Duane Northrup, father of Tonya J. Hansen, MSUM Assistant Professor of Economics, passed away at the age of 73 on Sunday, May 23, 2010 at the Sanford Hospice Centennial Cottage in Sioux Falls, S.D. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 26 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Will Funeral Chapel with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 27 at the Letcher Community Church in Letcher, with burial in Graceland Cemetery in Mitchell, S.D.
