School Psychology faculty Dr. Lisa Stewart and Dr. Margaret Potter, and student Jessica Marohl, presented on iPad apps and interventions at the NW MN MSPA meeting. Stewart, Potter and graduate student Marohl shared information on iPad observation and assessment apps with regional school psychologists at the NW MN Minnesota School Psychology Association meeting on Friday, Nov. 15 in Moorhead.
The third Women’s and Gender Studies Colloquium speaker for fall 2013 will be Sherry Lee Short. She will talk about solo backpacking from a personal and feminist perspective. Short is an Associate Professor in the Department of Art & Design and is the Director of Women’s and Gender Studies. BR 154, 11:30 a.m.-12:20 p.m., Friday, Nov. 22.
Olivia Melroe, School Psychology Graduate Program, and Keith Melroe were honored by the City of Fargo -Native American Commission at Fargo City Hall on Nov. 14 for their contributions to the Native American community. They were thanked for their support of, and availability to, multiple agencies and organizations across the community.
