Horizon Middle School AVID Students to Explore MSUM

Nearly 120 Horizon Middle School AVID Students will be touring MSUM campus on Thursday, January 14. After being welcomed by Admissions, the students will get to participate in activities all around campus, including a round-robin tour of 5 arts activities (e.g. drum circle, caricatures, improv, etc), DNA extraction from strawberries, a Q&A with college students and faculty panels and planetarium shows.  

MSUM Receives $1.2 Million Grant to Prepare STEM Teachers

From National Science Foundation’s Robert Noyce Scholarship program MSU Moorhead has been awarded close to $1.2 million from the National Science Foundation’s Robert Noyce Scholarship program.
