FMA wins national quiz competition, tours Chicago financial institutions

Members of FMA (Financial Management Association) took first place in the national quiz competition at the FMA Leaders Conference in Chicago during spring break. Five MSUM students and Dr. Thomas Hanson attended the conference and toured various financial institutions, including the Federal Reserve, the CBOE, and CastleArk Management, where the students met with MSUM alumnus Dillon Hoover.

Multimedia journalism students collaborate with Spotlight Media

Multimedia journalism students have been invited by Spotlight Media, a Fargo magazine company, to publish original reporting and digital storytelling in Spotlight’s five online and print magazines.
