Pacific Northwest Ecology (Bio 308-1) is a TRAVEL course that counts for 3 credits of DC10. Students travel to Washington state and experience alpine, rocky intertidal, beach, mountain and forest habitats, and study native culture in relation to the environment. MSUM’s School Psychology Program has been notified that its Specialist degree program has received Full Approval from the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) after passing an extensive review process. NASP is an affiliate of the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). The MSUM School Psychology Program has been NASP Approved since the beginning of the program approval process in 1988. The current approval runs through 2014. NASP Approval is critical for our students since graduation from a NASP Approved program is required for licensure in Minnesota and many other states.
Please join the Honors Lecture Series in welcoming Dr. Christine Malone, MSUM. She will present a lecture entitled “How do Shared Sounds and Spellings Lead to False Memories” at 7 p.m. on January 26 in Science Lab 104.
