Fifty new citizens welcomed to U.S. during Sept. 17 Naturalization Ceremony The United States District Court, District of North Dakota will welcome 50 new citizens from 25 countries to the United States during a Naturalization Ceremony on Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2014 at 11 a.m. in Minnesota State University Moorhead’s Comstock Memorial Union Ballroom.
