Union City Café (Union Express, Grill 155, and Hot Spot) will be closed today (Tuesday, April 12) for the Student Academic Conference. All other dining locations will remain open with regular hours.

New members inducted into Alpha Lambda Delta
Twenty-nine new members of the freshman honor society, Alpha Lambda Delta, were initiated into the local chapter on Saturday, April 9. ALD honors high academic achievement in the first year of college. Founded in 1924, the society now has 276 chapters and over a million members.
Shawn Ginther and Sue Humphers-Ginther to serve as co-managing editors of CRSW
Shawn Ginther (Social Work) and Sue Humphers-Ginther (Sociology and Criminal Justice) have been invited and agreed to serve as co-managing editors of the peer-reviewed journal Contemporary Rural Social Work. CRSW is the publication of the National Rural Social Work Caucus, and the essential journal dedicated to publishing scholarship on rural social work policy, practice, and teaching in the United States.
