Dr. Brandi Sillerud Next President-Elect of the Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing (MOLN)
Dr. Brandi Sillerud, Professor in the School of Nursing and Healthcare Leadership, has been elected President-Elect of the Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing (MOLN) and will begin her term in 2027.
MOLN is the leading professional organization for nurse leaders in Minnesota, dedicated to advancing nursing leadership development through education, mentorship, collaboration, and professional engagement. Guided by its vision to serve as Minnesota’s primary organization for professional nurse leaders, MOLN focuses on creating value for its members, influencing critical nursing issues statewide, and developing the next generation of nurse leaders.
In this leadership role, Dr. Sillerud will contribute to statewide initiatives that support nursing excellence, healthcare innovation, workforce development, and leadership advancement. Her election reflects a strong commitment to strengthening the nursing profession, fostering collaborative leadership, and improving healthcare outcomes for patients and communities throughout Minnesota.
