Homeland Health will be at Minnesota State Moorhead on Monday, September 21, 2026 to administer the flu vaccine from 7:00 am – 12:00 pm in the Comstock Memorial Union, Room 216.

The consent form is linked here and must be completed to receive vaccination; printed copies will also be available in Room 216.
Important Information
Bring your insurance card and completed consent form with you to receive vaccination. Vaccines are free for employees on SEGIP’s MN Advantage Plan. You may also get your flu vaccine if not covered by SEGIP – cost may be covered if accepted by your insurance. If not, payment is $54 (flu shot), $60 (FluMist), or $80 (senior dose) by cash/check.
The 2026 Flu Shot Clinic only offers flu vaccinations.
