Student Success Team Members Earn Success Coaching Certifications

Eleven staff members of the campus community have completed nationally recognized success coaching certifications through InsideTrack as part of MSUM’s Title III SIP Grant. The training strengthens Moorhead’s coordinated care approach by equipping staff with holistic coaching skills that support student success.

Success Coaching Certification Recipients

Jessica Brooks, Emma Mattson, and Franci Rogers, Student Success Specialists, Academic Success Center (ASC)
Kenzie Hron (CSHE), Heidi King (CAH), and Jared Bledsoe (CBAC), Student Relations Coordinators
Scott Westby, ASC Athletic Academic Coaching Program Coordinator
Dana Hanson Schafer, ASC Coordinator of Academic Intervention

Additional team members will complete certification this year as Moorhead continues to expand success coaching capacity. The university is also working toward an institutional model for coaching training and professional development.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to continue referring students for success coaching through the Advising and Early Alert System. Early referrals help connect students with support, resources, and success coaching when they are needed most.
