The votes have been tallied and the Minnesota State Moorhead Oceanarium is thrilled to announce the names of its three newest residents. The female Bamboo Sharks are officially: Bubbles, Blossom, and Buttercup!
The Powerpuff Girls theme took the lead in our public poll, capturing more than 50% of the 400 votes cast. We couldn’t be more excited to have these three “super” ambassadors representing the Oceanarium.
A huge thank you to everyone who cast a vote. As always, you can visit Bubble, Blossom, and Buttercup at the Oceanarium’s weekly open hours: Saturdays from noon until 4 p.m. Admission is free for students!
