New Way to Change Your Direct Deposit Information

A new Self Service feature keeps it easy to change your direct deposit information while adding another layer of security.

When you select the My Pay tile in Self Service you will now see two tiles you can select for direct deposit information. The tile marked Direct Deposit – Read Only will allow you to view your current direct deposit information and access forms and instructions but won’t let you make changes. The other tile, Direct Deposit – Changes, is the tile to select if you need to update, change, add or delete direct deposit information. To use the Direct Deposit – Changes function, you MUST either be directly connected to the State’s secure network or attached to it through VPN.

This added tile provides a more secure method for managing direct deposit information while maintaining access to view and obtain supporting resources in Self Service.
