Commercial Music Bands Perform April 27

Minnesota State Moorhead commercial music bands will perform during an electrifying night of live music as three bands hit the stage for a night packed with incredible music, great food, and an unforgettable performance on Monday, April 27, at 7:30 p.m. in the Roland Dille Center for the Arts Hansen Theatre.
Experience an exciting mix of pop, rock, indie, R&B, and more as Moorhead’s talented students showcase their versatility, passion, and stage presence. Support the next generation of rising artists as they bring the energy and sound of today’s music scene to life.
The three bands performing include Slippery Sloaps, Major Change, and Hear for the Function.
Adjunct faculty members Eric Martens and Dan Brekke direct the bands. Brekke joined the Johnny Holm band at the age of 19 and enjoyed traveling across the upper Midwest. He plays a variety of country, blues, rock, and original music. Martens has been an active performer and instructor in the Midwest since 2003.
Tickets are $10, free for MSUM students, and may be purchased at mnstate.edu/tickets.
