Indigenous Men and Men of Color (IMMOC)
IMMOC aims to provide holistic institutional support to enhance the academic, personal and professional success of Indigenous Men and Men of Color enrolled or employed within the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system. Contact Corey Crowder

LGBTQIA+ ERG
This ERG ensures LGBTQIA+ employees across Minnesota State an affirming, developmental, and inclusive community through actively building connection, providing intersectional and equitable support, and implementing career advancing opportunities. Womxn in Higher Ed ERG
The Minnesota State Womxn in Higher Education ERG supports the growth, development, and empowerment by providing advocacy, networking, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to promote and celebrate womxn across the 33 Minnesota State colleges and universities. QISHUR (Jewish) ERG
The Qishur Employee Resource Group is open to all Minnesota State College and University employees, and in particular those who identify as Jewish or are exploring Jewish-ness. In our time together, we will create a space for connection and community, reflect on and celebrate our identities, process events and experiences internal and external that connect to our Jewish identities, and consider how we can contribute to building a more inclusive Minnesota State. Employees of Color ERG
The American Indian & Employees of Color ERG was established with the purpose to create a vibrant and supportive space that provides professional development and access to resources, supports retention and collaboration, and expands professional relationships and networks.
