MSUM Office of Diversity and Inclusion Hires Erienne Fawcett as Gender and Sexuality Coordinator
The MSUM Office of Diversity and Inclusion is excited to announce the hiring of Erienne Fawcett as the Gender and Sexuality Coordinator!
Erienne comes to MSUM with 17 years of higher education experience working in both Academic and Student Affairs Divisions. Throughout the search, Erienne’s demonstration of Grit, Humility and Heart along with direct student programming, propelled her as the top candidate.

Erienne will lead programming for the Rainbow Dragon and the Women’s Center. The primary purpose of this position is to develop and implement programs and services that will support students and increase persistence, retention, and graduation rates for LGBTQIA+ and women students at MSUM. The coordinator is also responsible for campus-wide programming related to LGBTQIA+ and women’s issues and celebrations and serves as a campus resource for faculty, staff, and administration on matters of gender and sexuality. Her office will be located Bridges 154.
