Reception today for Night Walk, We the Creatures and Sen5es exhibitions

The School of Art at Minnesota State University Moorhead invites the public to the reception for the exhibitions Night Walk, We the Creatures and Sen5es, on Thursday, April 27 from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Roland Dille Center for the Arts Gallery (CA 155).

Night Walk by Spencer Johannes will showcase ceramic pieces that were created as a part of his professional portfolio development certificate. We the Creatures features the artwork of Drawing II students created in classes taught by Corinne Teed and Jim Park. This exhibit featured larger-than-life animal fragments combined with human figures drawn in chalk on a black wall. Sen5ses is a community juried exhibition, curated and organized by students in ART 498: Exhibitions, taught by Kelli Sinner. The artwork in this exhibition is designed to engage the viewer’s five senses.

All three exhibitions will be on view from Thursday, April 27 through Friday, May 12.
