SWOT analysis results
The Strategic Planning Committee would like to thank everyone who took the time to fill out the SWOT analysis survey. More than 400 people responded. The information gathered through the survey will help guide the strategic plan for the University. Below is a breakout of perceived strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
The Strategic Planning Committee will continue to meet until early December when they plan to present a draft plan to the President and campus community. The SWOT analysis; MSUM’s heritage; and projected demographic, economic, political and employment trends have all been key elements considered during the planning process to create a strategic plan that is both aspirational and attainable.
