Student Success Team Members Earn Success Coaching Certifications
Eleven staff members of the campus community have completed nationally recognized success coaching certifications through InsideTrack as part of MSUM’s Title III SIP Grant. The training strengthens Moorhead’s coordinated care approach by equipping staff with holistic coaching skills that support student success.

Additional team members will complete certification this year as Moorhead continues to expand success coaching capacity. The university is also working toward an institutional model for coaching training and professional development.
Faculty and staff are encouraged to continue referring students for success coaching through the Advising and Early Alert System. Early referrals help connect students with support, resources, and success coaching when they are needed most.
