Enterprise Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are opening new leadership opportunities as current champions, sponsors, and co-chairs complete their terms on June 30, 2026. This is your chance to step in, shape the future of our state workforce, and build meaningful connections across organizations. Get involved to accelerate your professional growth and strengthen relationships. An ERG is a collective of employees who meet regularly to support and learn from each other. Enterprise ERGs provide an opportunity for different identity groups to build community, encourage cross-agency relationships, help employees feel heard and valued and create an overall sense of belonging across the State of Minnesota.
