Dr. Kwame Addey in collaboration with Dr. Kekoura Sakouvogui of the U.S. Census Bureau, has published a study titled “Industrial policy and downside risk: Evidence from CHIPS-Exposed firms” in The North American Journal of Economics and Finance (Impact factor: 3.9).  Their work explores how the CHIPS Act affects stock market risk, with particular attention to market beta, downside risk, and range-based risk metrics.
