Come hear campus updates at the Feb. 17 Town Hall

Come early for coffee and conversation before Town Hall begins at 1:30 p.m. This month’s theme is regional engagement. Presenters and their topics:
- Ok-Hee Lee, Interim Provost and Senior Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs, will share information about the Center for Health Professions and funding received for the program, “Launching Licensed Counselors in Minnesota.”
- Meet Brian Yost, the university’s first Honors College Director. He’ll talk about the success of the scholarship competition days, the new Honors College curriculum and more! Read more about Brian in the Welcome to the Dragon Community story.
- Erika Beseler Thompson, Interim Executive Director of Student Success, shares exciting news about Moorhead’s record-high retention and how the student success team and YOU can help!
- Chad Markuson, Athletics Director, gives an update on the first-ever and enormously successful Noize Night!
- Josey Fog, Associate Director of Student Life, gives an update on two successful student experiences with regional partners — Courts and Pints and Jade Presents. Plus, get a sneak peek at what’s ahead!
- Tom Reburn, Dean of Admissions, provides an overview of our newest scholars program with Fargo Public Schools and West Fargo Public Schools. He’ll also share updates on the Moorhead Scholars and Regional Scholars programs.
