1,000 West Fargo 1st Graders Visit Planetarium
If you have been in or near Bridges & McLean in the mornings over the past month, you may have been surrounded by busloads of 1st graders from West Fargo Public Schools. The Planetarium started the new year strong with multiple shows daily throughout the month of January. The program these students experience was specifically designed in collaboration with the WF School District teachers and curriculum experts. Created to address grade-level standards, this program explores patterns we see in our sky. The students watch the sun and moon throughout a day and a month to see how things change or stay the same and learn about the reasons behind it all. These programs have kept the Planetarium busy for January, and now we look to doing the same with Fargo 5th graders for February!
