New Form for Undergraduate Students Registering for Graduate Courses

The Office of Graduate and Extended Learning and the Registrar’s Office are implementing a new, streamlined process for undergraduate students seeking to enroll in graduate courses. Students who have received advisor’s approval should follow the following online request instead of using the previously used PDF form:  https://copilot.formstack.com/start-workflow/d71e092e-4ea6-4a57-8e3b-a13595fbb84e.  Any questions can be directed to: graduate@mnstate.edu
