Career Catalyst Certification Program Debuts at Faculty & Professional Learning Day

We’re excited to announce the Career Catalyst Certification Program, a new professional development opportunity designed specifically for Minnesota State Moorhead faculty and staff who want to amplify their impact on student success.

Designed in partnership with the 2024-25 Faculty Career Fellow, Dr. T.J. Hansen, this program will equip you with tools and language to help students connect the dots between their MSUM experience and their future careers. Participation is encouraged for all, whether you teach in the classroom, supervise student employees, or support students in any capacity across campus.

What you’ll gain:

Practical strategies to weave career readiness into your existing work
New ways to help students articulate the real-world value of their liberal arts education
Recognition of the vital role you play in student success
A certificate and Credly digital badge to showcase your expertise

The program kicks off during the morning sessions of Faculty & Professional Learning Day, so mark your calendars to become a certified Career Catalyst.

Not able to attend the Faculty & Professional Learning Day? We will be having another round of certification in November. Click here to register.
