Homeland Health will be at Minnesota State Moorhead on Monday, September 22, 2025 to administer the flu vaccine from 7:00 am – 12:00 pm in the Comstock Memorial Union, Room 216.

- Please sign up to reserve your time slot. Walk-ins will be accepted as time allows on a first come first served basis. Sign up here
- Follow this link to access the form ahead of the clinic. Printed copies will also be available when you arrive. This form must be completed to receive vaccination.
- Save time by filling out a vaccination consent form in advance.
More Information:
There is no cost to employees with SEGIP’s Minnesota Advantage Health Plan. Please bring your current health plan ID card to the clinic. Employees with other insurance can call Homeland Health (877-476-8060) for questions on coverage.
Pricing for employees without insurance or for anyone who needs to pay out of pocket are as follows. Please bring the exact amount if you are paying out of pocket.

- FluMist (Nasal): $50
- Senior Dose (65 years and up): $75
The 2025 clinic offers only flu vaccinations.
