Film Production Alum Derek Fletcher’s Documentary Premiere: Grit & Grace
Dragon Film Production alumnus Derek Fletcher will premiere a new documentary, Grit & Grace, at 7 p.m. Friday, September 5 at the Fargo Theatre. Derek, along with other members of the crew, will host a Q&A after the film.
The documentary follows the incredible journey of a single mother who rose from a local gym to the top of the jiu jitsu world, earning the title of world champion. With grit and grace she now faces her biggest challenge yet, competing for another world title at a higher belt. This documentary dives into the sacrifices, setbacks, and strength it takes to chase greatness while raising a family. It’s a story of resilience, redemption, and what it truly means to fight for your dreams.
