REMINDER – Scheduled Enterprise Downtime

6:00 PM Friday, 7/11/2025 until 6:00 PM Sunday, 7/13/2025

Data Center Move

The system office will be relocating one of the enterprise data centers. Consequently, most services hosted by the enterprise will be impacted during this maintenance period.

Action Required

This downtime will impact several services and users. We strongly advise institutions to prepare for an extensive outage of enterprise services and inform their campus constituents accordingly.

Should you anticipate a significant conflict with this maintenance window at your institution, please notify your campus CIO. If you experience any issues accessing services after the maintenance period, please submit a service request through the Minnesota State Service Portal (servicedesk.minnstate.edu).
