Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice faculty attend Midwest Sociological Society conference in Chicago
April 12 – 16, Drs. Geraldine Sloan, Joel Powell, and Lee Vigilant attended the Midwest Sociological Society (MSS) meetings in Chicago, IL. MSS is a membership organization of academic and applied sociologists as well as students of the discipline and hosts up to 1200 scholars, teachers, and students at the annual conference. Dr. Vigilant served as the Discussant and Dr. Powell presided over the session titled, “Qualitative Research Methodologies.”
