Request for Proposals | Practicing Restorative Justice
The Practicing Restorative Justice Conference invites breakout session proposals for our April 2025 gathering. This is a wonderful opportunity for you or anyone you know to share expertise, experiences, and ideas with attendees who are seeking to deepen their understanding of restorative justice and related topics.
We encourage a wide range and diverse set of proposals that align with one of our conference themes: Justice, Education, Community, or Culture. Sessions may explore – but are not limited to – the following topics:
- Applications of restorative justice in schools, juvenile justice, adult corrections, churches, and other community entities
- Research and evaluation on restorative practices and programs
- Philosophy and framework of restorative justice
- Stories from the field, lessons learned, and best practices
- Cultural perspectives on restorative justice
- Personal stories of those impacted by restorative justice
Deadline to submit is January 10, 2025. Learn more and submit your proposals at https://www.mnstate.edu/academics/colleges-schools/scj/conference/
