2025 Title IX Process Advisor Training Offered
The Dean of Students Office would like to invite all interested faculty and staff to attend this Title IX Process Advisor training on Friday, February 14 at 9-10:30am in CMU 203.
Process advisors are trained to:
- Help students understand their rights and responsibilities under both the 1B.1 Equal Opportunity & Nondiscrimination and the 1B.3 Sexual Violence policies, procedures, as well as the Student Code of Conduct;
- Assist students in organizing information to be used during an investigation & reviewing materials shared through the investigation process;
- Help students understand the support services available to them; and,
- Be present with the student when participating in the investigation/resolution process, if needed.
Attending this training does not require you to be a Process Advisor but is a great way to gain a better understanding of Title IX, MSUM’s 1B.1 and 1B.3 policies, Student Conduct policies, and related procedures.
For more information, please contact Kara Gravley-Stack, Dean of Students/Title IX Coordinator or Troy Schmidt, Assistant Dean of Students/Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
