Meet Featured English Alumna, Lonna Whiting, on Oct. 30

The MSUM English Department and the College of Arts & Humanities invite MSUM students and the Fargo-Moorhead community to a “Meet the Alumni” event in the Barry Auditorium of the Christianson Alumni Center on Wednesday, Oct. 30 from 3-4:30 p.m. Lonna Whiting, founder of lonna.co, will be the featured alumna at this event.
Lonna Whiting is a two-time graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. She received a bachelor’s degree in English in 2003 and a Master of Fine Arts in creative writing in 2007. Since then, Lonna has worked as a newspaper journalist, a magazine editor and an agency copywriter. She is now the owner of her own communications business, lonna.co, which she founded in 2019.
