Printed copies will also be available when you arrive
There is no cost with your Minnesota Advantage Health Plan member ID card.
Employees without a valid card or who don’t have health insurance through the State of Minnesota can receive the flu shot for $40, FluMist for $45, or Senior High Dose for $70.

Not Able to Attend?
Flu vaccinations are also available at your primary care clinic and many in-network convenient clinics or pharmacies if you aren’t able to attend on Wednesday.
