Required Annual Training Due November 1, 2024
Minnesota State is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and ethical work environment. The annual required training program for new and existing employees supports this goal by providing required statutory training, and training that supports strategic issues and current needs. This sets the foundation for a safe, ethical, and welcoming culture at all our campuses and work locations.
Due Date
All employees are expected to complete the training by November 1, 2024. Please complete the training during scheduled work hours.
Enrollment Instructions
To access your assigned training:

Log in to the State of Minnesota Self Service Portal Sign-in using your eight-digit Employee State ID Number and password (the ID number you use for paycheck and insurance information).
Select the Learning Management tile.
Select the My Learning tile.
Find and select the Required Annual Training Program tile.
You will be presented with a screen to Launch and complete the required training courses.

After launching a module, watch for pop-up blockers. It is okay to allow all pop-ups from this site.
Note, the courses will display “not enrolled” under each tile. This status will change to “Enrolled” after you Launch each course.
Computer Room Availability – Library (LI) 113
Every year for the required annual training, HR sets aside time in an available computer room for employees to use if they need access to a computer or a quiet place to get the training completed by the deadline. This year we have reserved LI 113, a computer classroom in the library for the following dates and times:

October 3 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
October 8 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
October 17 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
October 22 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
