Kicks Big Band Jazz Camp wraps-up 2nd session in the School of Performing Arts

The MSUM School of Performing Arts has hosted the Kicks Big Band Summer Jazz Camp for students grades 7-12 over this past week. This is the 2nd session of the camp, the 3rd session will be held July 29-Aug. 1.  During the camp, students participate in masterclasses, private lessons, and form “little big bands” to explore the music, history, and musical foundations of jazz by working with both MSUM music faculty and professional jazz musicians from across the FM area.  For more information, visit: https://fmkicksband.com/
