Advising LGBTQ+ Students Facilitated Discussion
Recent climate survey results indicate 27% of MSUM student respondents identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, or Queer (LGBTQ+). It is critical that we provide intentional support for our MSUM LGBTQ+ students. Join us to participate in a facilitated discussion regarding our role in allyship and advocacy for MSUM LGBTQ+ students, as well as how our practice can support LGBTQ+ student retention and completion at MSUM. Participants will be provided with recommended readings and other resources to help continue professional development.
