Printed copies will also be available when you arrive.
There is no cost with your Minnesota Advantage Health Plan member ID card. Employees without a valid card or who don’t have health insurance through the State of Minnesota can receive the flu shot for $40. FluMist for $45, or Senior High Dose for $70. (cash only; please bring exact amount as the nurses do not have change)
Don’t forget employees who participate in the flu shot clinic (or receive their flu shot elsewhere) will earn 100 points towards the wellbeing incentive program with Virgin Pulse.
Earn 300 points by October 31 and get $70 off your deductible in 2024! After your flu shot, remember to login and track your points on Virgin Pulse using the “my rewards” tab.
Not Able to Attend?
Flu vaccinations are also available at your primary care clinic and many in-network convenient clinics or pharmacies if you aren’t able to attend on Wednesday. Protect yourself. Protect others. Get vaccinated at work.
