Celebrate Dr. Anne Blackhurst Day

On the occasion of her retirement and in recognition of her talents and contributions to the community, the City of Moorhead and Mayor Shelly Carlson is honoring President Anne by naming Tuesday, May 23rd, Dr. Anne Blackhurst Day. The proclamation will be made at the regularly scheduled May 22nd City Council meeting.
You’re invited to attend an open house reception honoring President Anne on Tuesday, May 23 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in CMU 105.
