The Polar Plunge is coming to MSUM
Affinity Plus is sponsoring the first ever Polar Plunge in Moorhead that takes place next Thursday, April 20 right here at MSUM, outside of Nemzek Hall from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Our Affinity Plus goal in Moorhead is to raise $30,000 (we currently have 101 plungers who have raised just over $6,000….we need your support to reach our goal! We can check progress here).
Instead of jumping into a frigid lake, participants in the first ever Moorhead Polar Plunge will jump into a custom-designed mobile plunge unit called the Plungester. This Plungester is filled with 2,100 gallons of water and is 4 feet deep, similar to the lake-based Plunges.
Affinity Plus is helping to attract new plungers by donating to individual fundraising campaigns across the state, and we’re doing the same for the Moorhead community. Plungers who sign up using the promo code AFFINITYPLUS will receive a $25 donation towards their $75 fundraising minimum.
