Workday Wednesdays expand in 2023

Finance: January 4 | 3 p.m. | Zoom

Beginning this month, the NextGen project team will begin hosting two Workday Wednesday sessions per month, with one session covering Finance topics and one session covering Human Capital Management (HCM) topics. 

Sessions will now take place on the first and last Wednesday of each month at 3:00 PM CT. Look for additional details about future sessions.

• How to set up and view the billing and receivables report
• How to set up and view the budget report and the expenditure report
• How to set up and create an invoice
• An overview of the Grant Dashboard
• An overview of the Sponsor list, Spend Restrictions, Facilities and Administration, Award Schedule and Subrecipient
