Speak Up 2023 is happening on February 21 at 7 p.m. in the CMU!
Speak Up is a night designed to motivate and inspire you by hearing the stories of others. We believe that everyone has a story to share.
The event was created in 2019 to give members of the MSUM community a place to talk about their experiences. The 2023 theme is “Re-Frame.” We encourage you to think about ways to shift your perspective and change how you view adversity! Five speakers will give TED-style talks on the topic. (Speaker announcements coming soon: stay tuned to @MSUMStudentLife on Instagram!)
This year, the event will be emceed by Asia Samson, a nationally renowned spoken word artist. Watch for additional announcements about featured MSUM student performers as well.
