Upcoming changes to Zoom room functionality
Poly Studio equipment in Hybrid/Hyflex rooms will soon be modified so that content from the classroom system does not share to Zoom automatically. This was done to improve your experience of managing Breakout rooms from the Zoom control panel and to bring the functionality of these rooms in line with the average user’s expectations.
To enable content sharing in these rooms from October 20, 2022 forward:
Press the green Share Content icon
Scroll down
Press Share to Meeting
