Nextgen Timeline Extension

Late last week, Minnesota State announced that the implementation date for the NextGen/Workday system initiative for Finance and Human Resources will be extended beyond the original planned date of July 2023.

While a new implementation date has not yet been established, the attached memo from Minnesota State Chancellor Malhotra informs us that the project work will need to continue beyond the original planned date. Continued work by all project teams involved is essential and critical to maintain the pace even with an extended timeline.
