Pride in the Park and Pride Parade Volunteers Needed August 13-14
‘Tis the season for FM Pride! Grab your favorite pride apparel and join us at Pride in the Park and the Pride Parade.
Volunteer Positons include:
Pride in the Park on Saturday | 10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m August 13| Island Park in Fargo
We have two hour time slots available. If you volunteer at this event you will be able to table and talk with community members about our university. All the swag and pamphlets will be there, you just show up with your DRAGON PRIDE!
Pride Parade on Sunday | 1:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. August 14 | Downtown Fargo
This fun, short parade is a great way to connect with the larger community and showcase our inclusive university and our GRIT, HUMILITY, and HEART. Come ride the Dragon Train or walk and hand out goodies to parade goers. We will meet on the corner of Main Ave. and 4th St. in Downtown Fargo and 1:30 for setup and the parade begins at 2 p.m. Didn’t sign up, but you still want to come? The more the merrier.
