Obituary: Kris Montis
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our friend and long-time colleague, Kris Montis. Kris, 67, of Moorhead, joined the MSUM math department in 2001 and retired in 2020. She recently built a retirement home, where she lived with her two sisters and a family friend. Her husband, Dwayne, passed away in 2020, before the pandemic.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 23, at Bethesda Lutheran Church, 401 40th Ave. S., Moorhead. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service.
