Amanda Bushaw names Graduate Student Employee of the Year
We are incredibly excited to announce the 2022 Student Employee of the Year Awards!
The Graduate Student Employee of the Year is Amanda Bushaw, GRIT Program Graduate Assistant and soon-to-be-graduate with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Here’s what her nominator, Jenna Radtke, Supervisor and Academic Advisor/Program Coordinator with the Academic Success Center, had to say about Amanda:
“Amanda demonstrates every one of the NACE Career Readiness Competencies in her role and I know she will make an amazing professional when she graduates at the end of this school year. Overall, Amanda has been a vital part of our team and is very resourceful. She has provided essential contributions to both the GRIT Program and our Academic Success Center team. She is always willing to take on additional work with a positive attitude whether it is an addition to her caseload or spending her time covering the front desk. Her quick ability to learn and adapt to an ever-changing work environment has been phenomenal and I look forward to continuing to work with her through the end of the school year.”
These awards are given to undergraduate and graduate student employees that go above and beyond in their work and exemplify the NACE Career Readiness Competencies.
