We will reflect on difficult conversations from the past and think about future conversations as we establish and enhance your skills for having difficult conversations.  This will help support healthy communications and relationships at work with peers as well as those people you serve. Emily Holth, owner of Sustainable Solution Services, will provide strategies for managing difficult conversations and will include examples from faculty/staff-student interactions.
