Annual Flu Shot Clinic – Sign-Up Required!

It’s that time of year again! The annual Flu Shot Clinic for MSUM employees has been scheduled. Please be aware, there are new procedures this year requiring you to sign up for a timeslot at the flu shot clinic– the link is found below!

- Consider completing the vaccination consent form in advance if possible. Otherwise, printed copies will also be available when you arrive.
- No cost with your Minnesota Advantage Health Plan member ID card. Employees without a valid card or who don’t have health insurance through the State of Minnesota can receive the flu shot for $35, FluMist for $40, or Senior High Dose for $65. (cash only; please bring exact amount as the nurses do not have change)
- Flu vaccinations are also available at your primary care clinic and many in-network convenient clinics or pharmacies if you aren’t able to attend on Wednesday.

Don’t forget – employees who participate in the flu shot clinic (or receive their flu shot elsewhere) will earn 100 points towards the wellbeing incentive program with Virgin Pulse ($70 off your deductible in 2022). After your flu shot, remember to login and track your points on Virgin Pulse using the “my rewards” tab.
